fox clothing

Fox racing remain as much at the forefront today of not only the most up to date racewear but also of some of the best off-bike fashion clothing in the industry, as when Geoff Fox started the whole thing off in 1974 in California. Originally opened as an import and distribution company for European mx parts, then starting to specialise in custom one off hand made engine pieces and high performance suspension. It was during the late 70's and early 80's that Geoff's Team Moto-X Fox took not only the highest places of non factory riders in the still highly competitive AMA race series and at the wheels of Mark Bennett won the companies first national championship.

Its really the racing heritage that shines through in all fox clothing, we have sold the fox casual clothing and fox footwear in the shop and online for approaching three years and every season are more impressed as the clothing line increases in style and great value. Fox accessories continue to push forward with more fashion led pieces available every season it seems. With the coming winter season heralding the return of fox outerwear and more progressive pieces like the continuing growth of the ever popular sherpa and the new fox racing softshell jackets, we are super psyched to keeping our relationship with fox going into the future with hopefully more and more rewarding opportunities for not only ourselves, but most importantly, you lovely lot!

As the Fox range grows bigger they continue to push forward in new sports giving them the same attention to detail that has made them the biggest player in the off road racing scene for three decades. As expected Fox continue to sponsor some of the best events and riders in the world of Mountain Biking and BMX as well as more recent forays into the world of surf and wakeboarding, not only making an incredible impact but also in many cases leading a new charge with the likes of wake legends Parks Bonifay being a long term feature on the team. On the bike front, long term sponsors the likes of Cam McCaul, Aaron Chase, Kurt Voires, BMX legends Mike Aitken and Chase Hawk as well as our very own Leo Forte and a huge many more both national and international heroes.

So now, thirty plus years on, fox is still owned and run by Geoff Fox and family, and continues going from strength to strength. At the hands of fox sponsored riders and motocross legends such as Ricky Carmichael, Brad Lackey, Jeremy McGrath, Rick Johnson, Doug Henry, James Stewart, Ivan Tedesco and recent signings Ryan Dungey, Josh Hill, Trey Canard wonderkids Justin Barcia and Ken Roczen and our personal favourite, all-round girls FMX and MX heroine, Jolene Van Vugt have won over forty National motocross and supercross championships. FMX again has an incredibly strong presence of fox sponsored riders with the likes of Adam Jones, Blake 'Bilko' Williams and the new king of double backs, Cam Sinclair (sorry Travis!) Nearer to home, again in 2009 it was two fox sponsored riders in the shape of Brad Anderson and Stephen Sword that cinched the Maxxis British champs in MX1 and MX2, Long term sponsored riders feature the dynamic duo of Billy and Bryan MacKenzie on the MX1 GP circuit. We are incredibly proud to have our MX team wearing head to toe fox kit again in the 2010 season and hope that the family values that run deep through Fox Racing continue for many years to come.

DC shoes and DC clothing

DC is arguably one of the most easily recognisable skate, snow, moto-cross and lifestyle brands on the planet at the moment. Starting in 1994 by the now famous Ken Block and Damon Way. Originally starting out sponsoring mainly transition and ramp skaters (long time sponsors of both Danny Way and Colin McKay) them moved on to having a world reknowned street skate team as well featuring the talents of Josh Kalis, Lindsey Robertson, PJ Ladd, Ryan Smith, new signing Nick Dompierre and everyone's hero, Rob Dyrdek. DC Shoes also quickly established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the Motocross and BMX scene featuring the incredible talents of Nitro Circus stalwarts Travis Pastrana and Jolene Van Vugt, Living Legends Ricky Carmichael, Jeremy McGrath, Robbie Maddison, Nate Adams, Davi Millsaps and Josh Hill. The BMX roster also reads like a who's who of the sport featuring Dave Mirra, Venezuelan King of park Daniel Dhers, Edwin De La Rosa, Allan Cooke, Corey Bohan and not forgetting the UK's very own Kye, Leo and Toby Forte.

In recent seasons, DC has had a major role in both the Snowboarding and Auto scene. Already hosting a massive following by car lovers and rally fans alike, DC co-founder and all round nice guy, Ken Block decided several years ago to launch a massive offensive on the rally car front. Featuring the re-honed skills of Travis Pastrana, Dave Mirra and Ken himself, went on to be part of the DC/Subara USA rally team. Having huge success not only in the USA rally series and featuring in the top ranks of the X-Games rally cross every time around, Ken has made a name for himself as Stuntman extraodinaire with his jaw-droppingly amazing and technical Gymkhana Videos and one of the craziest jumps we had seen up to date, jumping his Scoob 171 feet and approx 25 feet of the ground at his highest point. In typical One-Upmanship, Travis beat this record on New Years 2010 by jumping his car 269 feet, crazy enough until you find out he done it off a pier on to a specially constructed landing ramp on a barge. Don't think the DC rally team are just about amazing stunts and jumps as the 2010 season sees Ken Block trying his hand in the WRC in his newly started Monster Energy / Ford WRC team. Watch this space!

Travis Pastrana's record breaking jump

DC has always been strongly involved in Snowboarding, being one of Ken Blocks main passions in life. the 2008/09 season seen the first arrival of commercially available DC Snowboards and outerwear to add to their already strong Boot line and a simply amazing team line-up. Like all things that DC lend their hand to, they tend to do things right! The line up features legendary rider Devun Walsh, Norwegian rippers Ikka Backstrom, Lauri Heiskeri and Torstein Horgmo but also Stalwarts Travis Rice, Aaron Bittner and Eddie Wall. Its the DC Am team that scares us at the minute with the likes of Halldor Helgason and Raewyn Reid leading the charge, Pro team material on any other major team and winning contests the world over.

DC Shoes have remained involved in a huge amount of projects that their riders and huge amounts of friends have been involved in. Co-Lab shoes and clothing with musicians like Travis Barker of Blink 182, +44 and Famous Stars and Straps fame and MIke Shimoda of Linkin Park have been included in the last few years and in more recent seasons we have seen signature collections with Fantasy Factory and Rogue Status owner Rob Dyrdek and Nitro Circus superstar Travis Pastrana. One of the hottest shoes for yet another season remains Ken's own signature monster energy signature which we have no doubt will be even more in demand as he takes on the might of the best drivers in the world at the WRC.

volcom clothing

Volcom remain from the day they started the absolute epitomy of style, both subtle and the blatant in-your-face type. With a collection of some of the biggest names in the world of snowboarding, skating, surfing and recently venturing in to the world of supercross, they remain one of the biggest forces to be reckoned with in the style and quality market. Founded in 1991 by Richard 'Wooly' Woolcott and Tucker Hall in Costa Mesa in California. With their phrase 'youth against establishment' still as prevalent today as from the start despite floating on the stock market and being a multi million dollar company, still like to stick their fingers up at the status quo and buck the trends being fashion-setters rather than followers. With a border-line religious following from both customers and pro riders who will never leave the team, volcom is always pushing forward and we have yet to see a season's collection that we don't instantly fall in love with.

Volcom keep one of the largest and most varied collection of artists, photographers, artistic team members and social commentators on their payroll and the volcom Featured Artist (FA) clothing and accessories remain one of the most up to date, cutting edge designs and views of society in the industry. As much as a fan of super up to date photography, poking fun at themselves, bohemian prints and comic plays on the volcom stone, the Featured Artist series remains one of the most anticipated collections to arrive season after season.

Volcom have a cult following so much amongst customers and the pro rider community alike that they have a snow and skate team to rival the best in the world. With riders such as Gigi Ruff, Terje Haakonsen, Bjorn Leines, Brian Iguchi, Arthur Longo, Cheryl Maas, Jamie Lynne, Wille Yli-Luomo, Mark Landvik, Dan Brisse and Kevin Pearce to name but a few on the snow team, the ultimate blend of legends and young rippers. The skate team sees a similar standing in the industry with Dustin Dollin, Geoff Rowley, Mark Appleyard, Rune Glifberg, Jake Duncombe, Darrell Stanton and Dennis Busenitz all showing allegiance to the volcom stone.

carhartt clothing

Being established in 1889 makes Carhartt the longest running company that we deal with. Carhartt's 120 year run of producing some of the longest lasting workwear and streetwear the industry makes it all the more impressive when you see the quality of materials, cuts and the attention to detail is simply awe inspiring. Started by Hamilton Carhartt in Detroit, Michigan, Carhartt workwear has always strived to create the very best in construction, innovative design and exceptional standards of quality, durability and comfort for the skilled tradesman. It was this consistent high quality of clothing which led to a demand in Europe for the American Workwear, and quickly became a must-have streetwear trend. In 1997 the first european specific pieces were created for the increasing demand and subsequently the Carhartt Streetwear collection was born. Carhartt clothing easily became one of the leading brands among the streetwear scene and loyalty to the brand from not only its outstanding quality but also its dedicated support of upcoming artists, clothing brands, graffitti artists, musicians, skateboarders and BMX riders means that every season many new converts join the ranks of Cahartt lovers. Carhartt Jeans and Carhartt Shirts in particular command an almost religious following among customers and industry types alike.

Carhartt's support of upcoming artists and graphic designers have led to a huge amount of collaborative work with recognised artists. Such names include Will Kemp, Suzy Q, London based design group Play Area, Eric Elms, Cool Func 86, Sozy One and huge amount of sponsorship and help in presenting exhibitions and collections the world over, from not only famous names but up and coming artists on a grass roots, local level as well. As well as working with so many visual artists, Carhartt are also hugely involved with a vast collection of musicians, record labels, promoters, clubs and events from everything from dub, funk, soul, electro, jazz, drum and bass, hip-hop, dubstep, r & b, indie and all manner of sub cultures in between. Sponsoring their own skate and BMX team, featuring the likes of Joe Gavin, Neil Smith, Jan Kliewer and Pontus Alv to name but a few, also allows Carhartt Streetwear to more than deservedly host internationally recognised events such as The Rebel Jam and The European Skateboard Championships in association with Etnies. Carhartt Clothing in europe cannot be mentioned without bringing up Rugged Magazine, in the style of all the old classic fanzines from burgeoning music scenes, but with a far higher production quality, rugged commands a cult following of readers who in many cases come in literally every day in the run up to its release. Including news of all the current carhartt colaborations, team news, reports and portfolios of artists work, a run down of some sub-culture music news and everyone's favourite collection of random stuff you can find on the internet and the ever popular 'do-it-yourself' section which in recent times has included a home made tattoo gun, dust bin bag tuxedo, night vision goggles, blow up sofa. We constantly await with baited breath to see what they have come up with next.

Such is the depth of carhartt's appeal over so many sub-cultures, we cannot fail to mention some of the incredible co-labs with other brands. Over the years we have seen Burton Snowboards, Bathing Ape, Vans, KRINK, New Era, Wethepeople, Stussy, Haze and no doubt a huge many more who will be more than happy to work with Carhartt clothing.

alpinestars clothing

Another brand with a full racing heritage that we are proud to have in our collection of brands. Started back in 1963 in Asolo, Northern Italy as a hiking and ski mountaineering boot manufacturer, founder Sante Mazzarolo quickly turned his skill to the other love of his life and started producing motocross boots and leaving his hiking behind and in the process having motocross legends, Travis Pastrana, Chad Reed, James Stewart, Mike Alessi, Christophe Pourcel and bad-boy Jason Lawrence all having worn Alpinestars clothing and kit.

Alpinestar's Ryan Villopoto tearing up at SX

In the 1990's alpinestars turned their hand to producing hand crafted racing leathers, safety equipment, gloves, road boots and leather jackets and have seen the likes of superbike and GP legends Nicky Hayden, Dani Pedrosa, Casey Stoner, Noryuki Haga and Carlos Checa win and ride in the Italian products. Developing from here they went on to create nomex racing suits for the auto racing world. The likes of The Stig, Michael Schumacher, Colin McRae, Travis Pastrana, Fernando Alonso, Jensen Button have all worn the iconic a-stars suits to personal and global victories and will no doubt continue with many more!

From this simply incredible racing heritage, the next logical step, at the hands of Sante's son Gabriele, was naturally for Alpinestars to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Fox Racing and go on to produce a fashion/casual clothing line. We have stocked the clothing for a few years now and continue to see not only Alpinestars clothing line growing in quality and depth but also with the addition of alpinestars accessories, is starting to remind us of a certain other mx based company from a few years ago. Watch this space folks!

Nikita Clothing

Nikita clothing was started from a dream in a small skate and streetwear shop in reykjavik by founder and head designer Heida Birgisdottir. They not only stand but jump out in the scene due to the fact they are one of very few girls specific companies in a typically male dominated industry. A huge following in the snow, skate and street culture scene has been built up by the Nikita girls since they started out in early 2000 who love the off-axis styles and all over prints that dominate the very scandinavian range. Nikita are firm favourites in our hearts due to the fact that they refuse to follow the trends of the more mainstream, instead creating and wearing clothes and accessories that they love and enjoy wearing instead. Nikita jeans are a prime example of this, loved the industry over due to the fact that they are designed from the ground up as girl's denims as opposed to taking a guy's jean and making it a more feminine cut. By far the better idea in our opinions and its an ethos we try to follow as much as we can here at urban summits.

Nikita have long supported a huge amount of names in not only the girls snowboard, surf and skate scene but also artists and musicians. Big hitters on the team include the likes of Natasza Zurek and Lisa Filzmoser. Nikita clothing really can't be discussed without mentioning the many events, competitions and jams they host as well, the most well known being the Nikita Chickita series of jam competitions. Friends chilling in the park, enjoying pushing themselves and no major pressure, NIkita really encompass what snowboarding is all about to us.

Every time we see any new nikita clothing, the quirky designs, stunning all over prints, attention to detail and thoughtful cuts cant be done justice with just this description of mine, why not treat yourself to some Nikita and find out for yourself?

dvs footwear and lakai footwear

These two skate shoe companies both come from the same stable yet sit very differently. Both being founded as core skate brands by cream-of-the-crop skaters, Mike Carroll and Rick Howard in the case of Lakai and Tim Gavin and Kevin Dunlap with the DVS Shoe Company, Lakai has gone on to have arguably the best street skate team and style in the industry whilst DVS have become synonymous for transferring the love and passion of the skate industry to newer ventures of motocross and fmx and remain to this day one of the hottest footwear brands in the world of snowboarding.

DVS was founded in 1995 in the skateboard tradition and we have sold them with pride from the summer of 2007, and wore with them pride for quite a few more summers than that. DVS not only boast a line-up of some of the best skaters on both coasts of the states including the likes of Daewon Song, Torey Pudwill, Danny Castillo, Zered Bassett, Kerry Getz, Jerome Wilson, Steve Berra and one of the UK's favourite exports in the case of Paul Shier.
DVS from its skate beginnings quickly became the favoured shoe and clothing company of many a pro snowboarder and motocrosser which brings them smack up to date featuring the likes of Mikey LeBlanc, MFM, Jussi, the simply awesome Eero Ettala, Dan Brisse and the jaw-dropping skate style of Eiki Helgasson on the snow team plus what seems like every up and coming young Scandi we've ever seen! On the Moto side of things DVS is certainly one of the hottest brands to be seen representing not only on the track but on the freestyle scene as well with the likes of the legendary Carey Hart, Kevin Windham, Ivan Tedesco, Trey Canard, Mike Mason and Ronnie Faisst to name but a few.

Lakai being effectively the big sister company to DVS remains to this day one of the main choices of skaters looking for shoes that not only drip with style but have the function, form and build to last quality that you need. Featuring a team of quite frankly jaw-dropping capabilities, the full length, multi award winning Fully Flared team video surely is testament to that. With the likes of Marc Johnson, Cairo Foster, Mike Mo Capaldi, Brandon Biebel, our very own Royal Family of Danny Brady and Nick Jensen and a host of European talent with the likes of Lucas Puig, Jesus Fernandez and J.B Gilet that puts any other team of true street skaters to shame. Featuring the founding members of Lakai and also Girl/Chocolate board companies, Mike Carroll and Rick Howard also still not only skate for Lakai, but deserve every right to be there even if they hadn't started the whole company.
Constantly pushing forwards in the style department featuring co-labs with sister companies of Girl, Chocolate, Royal and the likes of Spike Jonze, Lakai can never be accused of resting on their laurels and remain to this day one of the most exciting footwear companies to work with.

etnies shoes and etnies clothing

Etnies started out life in 1986 as the sponsor shoe of French freestyle skater Pierre Andre Senizergues who had moved to California to persue his dream of becoming a pro skater. Originally branded 'Etnics' as a derivitive from 'ethnics' hinting towards skaters living almost like nomadic tribes. Winning an impressive twelve french titles, five european titles and a world championship Pierre Andre started riding in etnics shoes that he designed. Two years later in 1988 he became responsible for the sole distribution of the now re-branded Etnies in the states. He subsequently started another three footwear companies under the Sole Technology umbrella. These were éS, Emerica and ThirtyTwo snowboard boots. His pioneering, sometimes risky marketing and sales methods pushed the Etnies brand forward and continued after he bought Etnies out and added it to his fold of other footwear companies.

Etnies has had some of the most influential skaters under their sponsorship over their long involvement in not only the skate world but also as they grew, their position as one of the leading actionsports footwear companies along with the likes of DC shoes, DVS and the like. Their very first pro model shoe was that of Natas Kaupas, inventor of, unsurprisingly, the natas spin. Over the years they have also included the legendary Sal Barbier, Rodney Mullen, Eric Koston, Elissa Steamer, Andrew Reynolds, Mike Vallely, Lincoln Ueda, Ryan Sheckler, Alex Chalmers, Billy Marks, Rob Gonzales, Arto Saari, Rune Glifberg, Bastian Salabanzi, Ali Boulala, Sean Malto, Mikey Taylor, Devine Calloway, Willow and Tyler Bledsoe. Pretty much a history book of some of the most influential skaters from the late eighties onwards we think you would agree! As well as hooking up this ridiculously long list of skaters over the year, etnies are also, not surprisingly, involved in numerous skate competitions and parks the world over and have also been incredibly charitable in the past, supporting injured athletes funds, memorial competitions, giving away 2000 pairs of shoes to the homeless of LA among a huge amount of other impressive feats.

Etnies are also hugely influential in the world of both street and ramp BMX sponsoring the likes of Mike 'Rooftop' Escamilla, Taj Mihelich and Jamie Bestwick to name but a few over the years and were one of the first actionsports companies to produce a BMX specific shoe. Naturally, along with BMX, the MX and FMX scene has been strongly represented by etnies across the years and have had a young Travis Pastrana hooked up wth them at one point. When the Metal Mulisha started to stop their more illegal off bike antics founders Brian Deegan and Mike Metzger were hooked up with a line of shoes which naturally progressed to include Todd Potter, Kyle Loza and one of our FMX heroes, Jeremy 'Twitch' Stenberg who regularly gets a signature shoe as well.

More recently their Snowboard team has swollen to include the Stepchild and ThirtyTwo 'tripod of homies' (sexton's words... not mine!) Simon Chamberlain, Joe Sexton and JP Walker as well as Markku Koski, Leanne Pelosi and Janna Mayen. With the inception of JP's pro model colourway in the Etnies line, it's only a matter of time before rail superstars Joe and Simon get shoes too, we know we will be snapping those up quick!

Etnies can't be mentioned now without talking about the Sole Technology Institute (sti), which was the first and remains the only Lab for research and development specifically in the actionsports area. From the lab we have seen the likes of the G2 soles, Evolution Foam, E-Suede, G2 Platinum and we are no doubt many more technologies to find themselves working their way in to the shoes we ride. Extensive biometric and physical testing of materials and finished products to make sure that they all stand up to the rigorous hits and scrapes we put them through daily and do the best to protect from anything untoward as they can.

es shoes and emerica shoes

Both the skate shoe brands of es and emerica hail from Pierre Andre Senizergues stable of brands and fall under the Sole Technology umbrella along with ThirtyTwo snowboard boots and Altamont clothing. Where Etnies branched out to capture all the aspects of the actionsports market, supporting surfers, snowboarders, motocross and FMX, artists and musicians. Both the Emerica and Es brands remain based as true skate companies. Emerica is typically worn by the more rock and roll, super hard charging skaters whereas és appeals more to the new school super clean cut skater.

The simply brilliant Emerica Skate Shoes team

Emerica started out in 1996 and quickly became a major force in the skate world. Featuring the hard charging likes of Andrew Reynolds who moved across from sister company Etnies form the beginning, Toy Machine's founder Ed Templeton, Heath Kirchart, Bryan Herman, Kevin 'Spanky' Long, Leo Romero and more recently Braydon Szafranski, Jerry Hsu and an up and coming am team that kills it regularly. Emerica remains a real skater driven company, not surprisingly coming from the Etnies collection of brands, which was the first skate shoe company owned and run by a professional skater. Emerica prefer to start their own trends rather than following anyone else's and their tagline of 'This Is Skateboarding' remains super prevalent. Emerica started the Wild in The Streets event to empower local skaters to crew together to help make positive social change in regards to local authorities opinions of skaters and skateboarding, help out injured skaters, push forward raising money and awareness for safe spots to skate and help local communities to create skateparks and positive images of skateboarders. As well as this Emerica have the Emerica Message Board (EMB) for skaters of all ages to have a messageboard to communicate with skaters from the world over and also run regular competitions to design tee shirts and shoe colourways for the collection.

Es was founded a year before its sister company of Emerica in 1995 and has concentrated on super clean, tech shoes and styling. éS features some awesome talent in the team including Rick McCrank, Danny Garcia, Bobby Worrest, Rodrigo 'TX' Teixeira, Justin Eldridge, Scotland's greatest skate export, John Rattray and recent British signing, the simply brilliant Ben Raemers who along with his sponsors of Volcom and Enjoi, is really starting to be a force to be reckoned with. Es make a huge use of the Sole Technology Institute (sti lab) which was set up by Pierre Andre as the first and only dedicated research and development lab specifically catering for the actionsports industry in the world. All the seemingly low key és models are packed with technology developed specifically to take all the rigours and potential injury to a minimum when it comes to skate shoes.

és along with emerica and etnies remain connected to a lot of the small and not so small skate brands that wouldn't make skating what it is today so regularly team up with the likes of enjoi, cliché and krooked to name but a few. As well as creating some killer limited editions es also host the worldwide Game Of Skate competition. Its pretty much exactly what it says on the tin. Starting off locally the winners move to national then European/Asian/American rounds then fly the winners on to the finals at Sole Tech headquarters in Lake Forest in California. Pro's play alongside amateurs, kids new to the sport and local heroe's alike with a Pro and Am title being given out at the end of the series and naturally a shed load of eS goodies to the winners. Just another thing éS footwear is giving back to the skaters.

bawbags underwear and bawbags tee shirts

Bawbags boxer shorts remain in our humble opinion up there with some of Scotland's best exports, along with the likes of the telly, penicillin, the telephone and the pneumatic tyre! Makes you proud to be a Scot doesn't it? Started by three of our pals from Edinburgh over no doubt more than a few pints of Guinness who thought the world needed a better boxer short. From their Guinness fuelled ideas and named from the ridiculous amount that a certain member of the trio uses the wonderful phrase, 'awright ya bawbag' the newest men's underwear brand from north of the border was born.

Bawbags quickly gained reputation as not only being comedy gold but also being one of the comfiest and best fitting boxer shorts in the industry. New colours were launched, tee shirts and hoodies quickly followed in the guys own hilarious style to a huge success and we can tell you from the amount of bawbags we see going out the door, their fan base continues to grow! Bawbags commands a huge respect in the british snow, skate and bmx scene with regular top spots at the brits and skate comps up and down the land. With a team featuring the likes of Scott McMorris, Ben Kilner, Dan Wakeham, Stu Brass, Matt Pritchard, Div and Benson, Mark Burrows, Jason Phelan and Kriss Kyle, you know they've got their stuff in the right places.

Bawbags being the super nice chaps that they are donate a percentage of their profits to Everyman Testicular Cancer charity and also to Wales Ape and Monkey sanctuary. The biggest hitting styles are always the unassuming pink leopard, the killer guns and bananas and our personal favourite, the buffalo plaid.

You can now be safe in the knowledge that all bawbags ordered from us are postage free as well.

neff headwear and neff clothing

Neff was started by Shaun Neff, in Southern California during the year 2002. Growing up in California surrounded by the skate, surf and snow culture and active in those sports he always had the dream to be apart of the business side of the industry. Originally starting out as a clothing company Neff made a couple shirts and hats and the adventure began. Shaun hustled the product out of his car buying 99 cent headbands marking Neff on them with paint pens then giving them to friends as the Neff vibe began. Shaun then moved up to Utah to attend college at BYU where he then met several key individuals in the industry. The first and vital character to the neff story is Nate Bozung who Shaun met at the Mack Dawg TRUE LIFE video premier and the neff-bozung relationship began. Shaun and Boznutz would buy target beanies and headbands and give them the Neff touch then give them to the biggest, dopest pros in the snow industry. Chilling with Bozung and other pros such as Travis Rice, IIkka Backstrom, Laurie Heiskari, and skaters Lizard King and Adam Dyet he realized to get them apart of the program and not conflict with clothing sponsors the company would have to focus on headwear. Neff headwear was born being the first authentic core snow and skate headwear company in the game.

Neff today is supported by some of the biggest snowboarders and skaters in the world including the likes of Hampus Mosesson, Louie Vito, Torstein Horgmo, Scotty Lago, Travis Kennedy and Anne-Flore Marxer and Braydn Szafranski and Adam Dyett among others on the skate team. The coming season sees a Snoop Dogg collection rolling out and surely signifies neff's increasing presence outwith the world of pro boardsports. Shaun Neff describes Neff Headwear best in his own words, 'we are like a gumball machine spitting out endless flavors for the World to consume.' We would tend to agree, because season after season, everyone goes nuts for it! Neff has huge plans for the future and will continue to focus on the core roots of the brand meaning more headwear, which has always been and will continue to be the focus in spreading the Neff love. Now sporting an additional clothing and accessory range, we love the way the clothing range remains an accessory to the hat range, and that is why neff still remain the hats on our heads!

dragon goggles and dragon eyewear

Now we love snowboarding, motocross and freestyle motocross more than anything else, and when it comes to the goggles you wear, Dragon are simply the eyewear to be seen in. With a huge art and music influence, the Dragon Alliance not only make cool looking, functioning sun glasses and goggles, but do so with limited edition artwork and collaborations with the likes of team rider Jamie Lynne, Taylor Reeve, Mike Giant and Vice Magazine among many others.
Dragon optics field quite frankly one of the most impressive teams in the game, feature the coolest of patterns and colourways and above all never let you down and contuinue to work perfectly so you can concentrate on powder lines, nailing that perfect double cork or rattling through the whoops on full throttle.

Gigi sporting his Dragon's in his own style

With the snow team featuring the talents of, in our opinion, the greatest snowboarder of our generation, Gigi Rüff, Danny Davis, Leanne Pelosi, Simon Chamberlain, Wolle Nyvelt, Blair Habeniecht, Markus Keller and one of our all time heroes, Jamie Lynne, you got to admit they have the right guys and girls out there representing. Then when you get to the MX/FMX side of things with the likes of Robbie 'Maddo' Madison, Nate Adams, Josh Hill, Todd Potter and british scene up and comer Mattis Karro to name but a few, they certainly have all the bases covered. Dragon's field of influence isn't just limited to the snow and mx side of things with the likes of surf titans Rob Machado and Mick Fanning riding for the alliance and wake legend Shawn Watson also sporting the dragon badge.

clast bandanas and neckwear

Now Clast might not be a name you will recognise the sound of, but featuring hands down the greatest team of snowboarders the world over, is one that once you learn, you aren't likely to forget. Forget thinking Burton or DC or Volcom has the biggest team... it's clast. Featuring the likes of, Nico Müller, Gigi Rüff, Kevin Pearce, Tyler Chorlton, The Pirates, Freddi Kalbermatten, Gian Simmen, Iouri 'I-Pod' Podlatchikov, Michi Albin, Markus Keller, Arthur Longo, Marko Grilc, Stefan Gimpl, Matthieu Crepel as well as Britain's own Garry Greenshields, Jamie Nicholls and Sam Cullum to name but a few, we bet you're wondering how you have never heard of them. Well next time you see them riding take a look at what they are wearing around their neck, clast makes the finest bandanas and neck warmers in the industry.

The demand for them is huge, because quite simply... they are amazing! Chances are we won't even have any in stock when you check because they arrive and sell out. So drop us an email, camp out the front of the shop, badger the postman so you know when they arrive.... you don't want to miss out on these ones folks!

Stereo skateboards and HiFi wheels

Stereo skateboards and the subsequent wheel company, HiFi, are a real mainstay in the skate world. Founded in 1992 by long term friends and professional skaters Chris Pastras and Jason Lee. During the early 90's many skaters thought that creatively the sport had hit a slump so when Stereo released graphics inspired by a mix of street art, 50's and 60's design, jazz covers, early mens magazine adverts and a healthy slice of Americana. Together Chris and Jason released two seminal skate films, 'A Visual Sound' and 'Tincan Folklore' both now considered true classics in the skateboard industry and we have been waiting for what seems like an eternity for the latest installment of Jason and Chris' vision in 'A Journey Through Sound'. Last time we waited this long for a film was for 'Fully Flared', heres hoping for another all time classic then!

Stereo's founding members, Jason Lee and Chris Pastras

After a company-wide hiatus, Jason and Chris moved on to concentrating on other aspects of their creative abilities. Jason went on to become a successful actor appearing in many Jay and Silent Bob films as well as being our favourite karma-chasing unemployed man on screen as Earl in 'My name is Earl', while Chris went on to become, and remains, a prominent figure in contemporary art circles and displays work at many world famous galleries across the globe. Many of Chris' artwork appears on the Stereo boards. Stereo have colaborated with many famous action sports brands over the years with the likes of Etnies and Kangol to name but a few. Today many of Stereo's pro riders are some of the more innovative and gifted skaters featuring the likes of Danny Supa, Raymond Molinar, Benny Fairfax and Clint Peterson.

Diamond Supply Co is one of the hottest brands about, not only in the skate industry, but it's slowly taking over in the streetwear and music industries as well. Super strong t-shirt prints and even stronger skate, trainer and clothing collaborations are what Diamond has become synonimous with but it's the bearings that they started out with and it's the only bearings we will roll on. When you look at how many top pro's are on clast, think a similar dominant position in the skate world, with the likes of Mike Carroll and Rick Howard, Bob Burnquist, Jeron Wilson, Marc Johnson, Stevie Williams, Torey Pudwill, Rodrigo TX, Mike Mo Capaldi, Alex Olson, Guy Mariano, Sean Malto, Devine Calloway, Steve Berra and literally about a hundred more of skateboards elite.

Diamond was founded by skater / designer Nick Tershay, also known as Nick Diamond, created the Diamond Supply Co x Nike Tiffany Dunk co-lab for Nike SB and literally rocketed the company into the spotlight. The Diamond x Nike shoe caused mayhem for the sneakerheads, some customers queing out for up to three days to get their hands on a pair (no exaggeration!). Diamond has continued in this super limited, must-have, products for a while now. When Diamond first launched their tee shirts range within hours of them being bought, they were changing hands on eBay for as much as five and six times the original price.

Since the Diamod hype has started, many huge name rappers and producers have been seen sporting the tees and hoods including Lupe Fiasco, Lil Wayne, Talib Kweli, Lil John, Chris Brown and many more. Diamond Supply Co's recent co-labs have been with The Hundreds, Young and Reckless, DVS Shoe Co and Western Edition skateboards to name but a few.
